Last day for Seniors! Great day today with our graduating AHS students as they started their day earlier than normal, celebrating and laughing as they reviewed their yearbooks and ended the day with a cookout prepared by staff. It was great to see this exceptional group of individuals share memories together, but also talk about all the exciting things ahead of them. We wish them well and look forward to commencement next Friday, May 31.

Class of 2024 graduates on Friday
Since the financial aid process has been so unpredictable this year, it has been difficult for many seniors and their families to decide on the next steps. The Guidance Department is hosting an event with local financial aid professionals on June 17 from 4:00-7:00 pm to help families. If any of the following situations apply to your situation, this event would be for you.
I haven’t started the FAFSA.
I need an interpreter to assist with the financial aid process.
I filed the FAFSA, but never heard back.
I filed the FAFSA, but I have a financial gap and need help knowing what loans or other options are available.
Because of the uncertainty of the FAFSA, I need another college to consider.

Year End Grading for Grades 9-11
Reminder: With less than one month left in the academic year, we wanted to share some year end updates regarding student work and grading.
Ongoing: Please check Aspen, our Rooms app, and email for updates on student progress. Please reach out to teachers if you have concerns or if students are in danger of failing and to determine what needs to be done to pass the course.
June 10: All late/missing/revised work is due from students
June 13: Teachers finalize grades
June 14: Last day of school
Grade 9 Science MCAS
Grade 9 students will take the Science MCAS on June 4 and 5. Passing this two day test is a graduation requirement. Please encourage your student to do their best and ask them about what they’ve been learning!
2024-25 Transportation News
Reminder: 24-25 Transportation Application: New this year, all eligible students, including Kindergarten and First grade, who wish to ride the bus to/from any of the Attleboro Public Schools MUST complete the Transportation Application to secure transportation. The only exception to this is for those with specialized transportation needs listed in an IEP.
